World States
If Yabuta of the Sands is freed from Tengu's Vault and successfully escaped, several World States will trigger.
His releasement will cause Yabuta Outlaws faction to start existing.
Fort Simion will be turned into Fort Yabuta if it's under Rebel Farmers and the player is not allied with Rebel Farmers.
Stoat will also fall under Yabuta Outlaws control if it's under the control of Tech Hunters.
Cannibals patrols in The Great Desert will cease to spawn after him being freed if the conditions for them to spawn there is already achieved beforehand.
His release will also cause Rebel Farmers patrols in Heng to become less frequent.
Yabuta Outlaws will start patrolling in Bast, Grey Desert, Heng, Sinkuun, Skimsands, The Great Desert, and The Hook.
