Wall Man is a randomly named Unique Recruit. This guy absolutely loves walls and wants to build 'em for you. They can be hired for 5,000 Cats.

They can be found in any town controlled by the United Cities, as well as Eyesocket, Shark, Slave Markets, Waystations, World's End, Smugglers Bar, Black Scratch, and Flats Lagoon.

This character's only unique dialogue, aside from recruitment, is clapping at the end of Bard's song about Harmothoe. That dialogue is shared with many other recruits. They have the "Player TOUGH Merc" dialogue package. They have a Maniacal Personality. They wear no armour and have weapons manufactured by Unknown.
