Vigilante Chiefs are members of the Rebel Swordsmen faction. They act as the Police Chiefs for towns controlled by the Empire Peasants in the northeastern territories.
The Vigilante Chiefs use the dialogue of standard Police Chiefs. This means they can potentially have unique dialogues for turning in many same bounties as under the United Cities and use the same legal system as they do.
They spawn with a bounty ranging from c.2,500 to c.3,500. They wear [Standard] armour (5% chance of [High]) and have weapons manufactured by Ancient.
