Upgraded Skeleton Bandits are elite member of the Skeleton Bandits faction. They can be found leading patrols of Skeleton Bandits in Stobe's Gamble, Stobe's Garden, The Pits, and The Crags. These patrols persist so long as Elder is alive.
They wear [Standard] armour (18% chance of [High]) and have weapons manufactured by Catun Scrapmaster or Skeleton Smiths.
