The Turtleneck is worn in the shirt armour slot. It does not provide any armour or stat buffs/debuffs.

There is also a short-sleeved and no-sleeved version of this, which are Cloth Shirt and White Vest, respectively. A differently named version of this armour can be dyed.

This armour has inventory dimensions of 2x4.

A plain, fully sleeved white shirt.

Turtlenecks can be crafted on the Clothing Bench. A Blueprint is not needed.

The description is probably a reference to the show Archer, where there are reoccurring references to the fact the titular character, a spy, wears turtlenecks on stealth missions.
