Tora the Fearless is the leader of the Band of Bones who refused to give up her weapon after being discharged from the Shek Kingdom's warrior force, and instead self-exiling and fleeing to a life of banditry, preferring to die by the sword as a warrior even if it meant losing her honor to do so. She is located in the Exile Camp South West of Squin. Like other Band of Bones members, she will attack when player characters approach the camp.
They wear [Shoddy] armour (15% chance of [Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Ancient.

Requires Tora the Fearless to be imprisoned/dead:
If Tora the Fearless is killed/imprisoned, patrols of Band of Bones patrolling in Bonefields, High Bonefields, Shem, Shun, Spider Plains, The Hook, and The Swamp. ranging from 4-8 will be reduced to 2-4. The Raid event of the Band of Bones will also cease to trigger.

If Tora the Fearless is alive and free while Big Gray and Big Grim are killed/imprisoned, Grayflayer Village will fall under the control of Band of Bones. She will relocate her position there as well.

- When turning her in for a bounty, Shek will often refer to her as "Tora the Gutless." This is also noted in her wanted poster, where she is also referred to as "Tora the Gutless". This pejorative term is likely given to Tora based on Shek Kingdom's disdain for exiles and deserters.
