Thieves are members of the Shinobi Thieves. They can be found in Thieves Guild Watchtowers. They become allies who will defend the player from attacks after you join the Shinobi Thieves by talking to the Thief Boss.
They wear [Shoddy] armour (15% chance of [Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Ancient.
