The Great Library is the largest collection of Blueprints and Lore Books in all of Kenshi. Players can find most, if not all, blueprints possible in the game here though not all in the same day. The Great Library is a single building in Black Scratch, owned by the Tech Hunters.
This is a great place to show off your Thievery skills, as the blueprints don't take up much inventory space.
