Tech Hunters are unnamed members of the Machinists. There are a total of four of them that can be found in the University in World's End.

They have a 4% chance of having a bounty ranging from 1 to 4000 cats.
They are among the few characters in the game to be carrying splint kits, a tribute to their preparedness and knowledge of their craft.
