I'm just trying to get the shop counter to work outside of a building, in FCS. I've paid the customers, increased their wages, I've given them product demands, I've increased the usage range and attractiveness of the outdoor shop counter but the only time these loiterers even notice it exists it's the sand ninja raid and they just crowd around it in awe and neither buy or steal anything. Vanilla game I've run a profitable shop with only hiver workers in a holy farm bought property and even the paladins will buy out my medkits after they call me a disgusting beast, oh but when I wanna be a street vendor in the sand dunes to sell delicious sake to slave traders OH NO can't do that ffs.
