No mods, 1.0.51: You can recruit named anti-slaver jonins (~80 stats) by rescuing them from prison in the past and unexpectedly meeting them in the wilderness (an orange dialog icon will appear), they will be very happy to see you. Possible conditions(warning, imprecise!): they must not follow you, and/or You must unload them, and/or Wait 0-10 days, and/or Be 0-3 "average between 2 cities distance"ses from them, and/or have 50+ relations with their faction.
