Swampers (Non-Gang) are named residents of the Swampers. These variants are usually found in residential areas, as well as serving as the shopkeepers in Swamp shops.

Like most Swampers, they have a very high chance of wearing a Longcoat compared to other body armours.

They have a 5% chance of having a bounty ranging from 500 to 1500 Cats.

They wear [Shoddy] armour (15% chance of [Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Unknown.
