The Stone Rats are one of the many gangs that reside in the Swamp. They can be found in the city Shark or their village called Stone Rat Village where their leader Big Al lives.
They appear to be very much subservient to Hounds, unwilling to do anything that might anger them[1], and will be fall under their control should their leader be gone[2]. They appear to be quite dumb[3] and are mentioned to do plenty of stupid stuff[4][5] by the Hounds.
