Skinner's Roam is a town located in the southern half of the map and is controlled by The Holy Empire. It sits in a valley on a cliff edge, and nearby towns include Eyesocket and Fisher (later renamed Fort Simion).
The name "Skinner's Roam" appears in the released game, this time referring to a rocky desert zone, located to the South-West of the Holy Nation.
