Shinobi Guards are guards of Mongrel and the Tech Hunters. Guards belonging to Mongrel can often be found around the city, defending it from the onslaught of Fogmen. Tech Hunter Shinobi Guards can be found guarding Adventurer Ranger Shops and Empire Ranger Shops, as well as Tech Hunter Bars.
They can be conversed one time upon entering Mongrel for info on the city and the Fog Islands.
They wear [Standard] armour (10% chance of [High]) and have weapons manufactured by Catun Scrapmaster.
