Samurai Captains are elite officers in the United Cities armies. They can be found leading groups of Samurai Heavies in patrolling towns or serving as barracks' leaders. They can also be found guarding important figures such as Longen and Emperor Tengu, alongside squads of Samurai Elites and Jonin Elites. One Samurai Captain accompanies Eyegore into battle.

There are in total 8 Samurai Captains guarding Emperor Tengu under default Heft. If Heft is malnourished, there will be only 6 of them.

They wear [High] armour (10% chance of [Specialist]) and have weapons manufactured by Skeleton Smiths.
