Recruit is a randomly named Generic Recruit. They are a person looking for work. They can be hired for 3,000 Cats.
They have a chance of spawning in any town controlled by the United Cities, including when the location is "malnourished". They can be found in Black Scratch, Eyesocket, Flats Lagoon, Slave Markets, Smugglers Bar, any Waystation, World's End, and, depending on certain World States, in Bark, Blister Hill, Clownsteady, or Sho-Battai. They can also be found in locations controlled by Deadcat or Empire Peasants.
Their race is randomly determined by the weighted race chances of their faction (Drifters). They have a random Personality and after recruited have the "Player TOUGH Merc" Dialogue Package.
