Ponk is one of the two leaders of the Thrall Masters faction (the other is Screamer The False). Both are found in the Tower of Abuse (called "old control tower," before the player reaches the building). Presumably, Ponk was a conservation scientist from the Second Empire, who later became a warlord alongside Screamer. According to Screamer, Ponk spends most of his time at a research bench.
Ponk has the Meitou Grade Holed Sabre. They wear [High] armour (30% chance of [Specialist]) and have weapons manufactured by Cross.
