Plate Jacket is a Medium Class armor that was once the iconic part of the standard uniform of Police, an old faction which has since been removed from the game.

It can be bought from an Armour Trader, looted from Police, or crafted at a Heavy Armour Smithy. It comes in three cosmetic variants: plain, black, and white.

It is a common mid and late game armor for players. It provides 100% coverage of the upper body, has good resistances, has low impact on stealth and athletics, and weighs less than many armors.

Appearance

Plate jackets are a sleek and stylish black leather jacket with metal plating around the chest, upper arm, and forearms. The three cosmetic variants look identical in form, with slight shade differences in the plating. 

Comparison

The generic Plate Jacket has the lowest price. The Black Plate Jacket has no Stealth multiplier. The White Plate Jacket has a slightly better Dexterity multiplier. Overall the White Plate Jacket is better for combat units, but the Black Plate Jacket is better for stealth units.
