It is quite possible that this item is made from Leviathan Pearls, alongside other pearl-related things such as Pearl Vase, Pearl Sword Holder and Pearl Urn.
This item is also used to build a Thief Training Box III. As many other Pearl items, it can be bought from the Hive Trader in Hive villages.
