Okran's Fist is a fortified garrison belonging to The Holy Nation. The garrison is set into the side of the East Arm of Okran where it guards the Northeastern approach into Holy Nation territory. Paladins and Holy Sentinels man the defenses.

If both High Inquisitor Valtena and Holy Lord Phoenix are dead or imprisoned, Okran's Fist is overrun by the Cannibals.
Half-destroyed Okran's Fist
- If either High Inquisitor Valtena or Holy Lord Phoenix are dead or imprisoned
- A few of the Okran's Fist buildings fall to become ruins. Bakery is no longer available.
- The garrison accomodates fewer soldiers.
- There are no patrol spawns around the location.
