Martial Artist Bindings are a clothing Shirt item that was added to the game data in version 0.58 but has yet to actually be implemented into the game. Finding this item can be done by using the Forgotten Construction Set and then this clothing can be modded into the game. More than likely this clothing will benefit characters who fight using the Martial Arts skill (not yet added). While they provide no protective bonus to the character they offer a bonus to combat skills.
Appearance
Martial Artist Bindings are white cloth hand, abdominal and foot wrappings on the character. The appearance is similar to what you would normally see done for professional fighters to prevent injuries sustained from striking and being struck.
