Hey buddy! You seemed bored to me, is there any problem?

Has my judgement come so soon?

I had to thrall them all! Traitors siding with the humans! Treason!

Now we are nothing! What was the point of it all?

Have you tried looking after humans? They're monsters!

As they grow in number, so does their capacity for evil, and they won't even notice as they do it.

I was not the monster.

WREEEEEEEEEEE!

–Cat-Lon

Mad Cat-Lon is the leader of the Second Empire Exile faction and one of the most powerful characters in the game. He can be found sitting on his throne in one of the domes at Cat-Lon's Exile. Upon seeing a player character he will say the following and attack.

When in battle, the 120 Stormthralls from the other dome will rush to his aid. If they are taken out before engaging Cat-Lon he will be fighting alone.

They wear [Specialist] armour (5% chance of [Masterwork]) and have weapons manufactured by Cross.

(Requires Mad Cat-Lon to be killed/imprisoned)

If Mad Cat-Lon is killed/imprisoned, Iron Spiders will cease to spawn in Ashlands, while patrols of Legion Scout(s) will all cease to spawn and replaced with a larger patrol of 12 Legion Scouts every patrol.

The death/capture of Mad Cat-Lon will also allow the player to have dialogues to intimidate Emperor Tengu and Koin.
