Gohan (ご飯, "cooked rice" in Japanese) is a food item purchased from relevant traders or created in a Cooking Stove. It has the same nutritional value as a Foodcube. This food is easiest to find in The Swamp, where riceweed is abundant. It will also be sold at a very cheap markup in places which use the "swamper" Trade Culture, which causes it have the best nutritional/cat value.
Thanks to this being the only crop-based recipe that does not require water, it's the only food that can be grown and made in The Deadlands without importing water by placing respective Hydroponics grow-beds on the roofs of structures.
For those whom may be water-conscious, Gohan uses approximately 1.49 water/unit to grow and none to cook.
