The Flotsam Village is the capital of the Flotsam Ninjas and home of Moll, their leader. It is located in the Hidden Forest, to the North of Rebirth. They are a join-able faction; however, joining incurs a -75 relations penalty with The Holy Nation.
This town contains many residences. Most of the population is composed of refugees and desertors from the Holy Nation, which can be found out by talking to some of the recruitable characters here. Flotsam Ninjas guard this village, as implied, they are hostile to The Holy Nation. However, most of the townsfolk still believe in and even worship Okran.
