Eagle's Cross is a Crossbow with very long range and high damage. It can be dangerous in the hands of an unskilled shooter; a single friendly fire incident on an unprotected core body part could be lethal.
Weight of ammunition is also another consideration. On long adventures a smaller crossbow may be more suitable, as you can carry far more regular bolts with 30 bolts per stack than Long Bolts which are limited to 10 bolts per stack with more weight, requiring regular resupply. Though as a defensive weapon the Eagle's Cross is unequaled.

Crafting[]
Blueprints for the Eagle's Cross can be found at The Great Library, Scraphouse, and Cat-Lon's Exile. This blueprint also has a rare chance of spawning at Barrier Tower and Sniper Tower or of being sold at Tech Hunters Ranger Shops in Black Scratch, Flats Lagoon, Mongrel, Spring, and World's End.
After unlocking the ability to craft through use of a blueprint, players can craft Eagle's Crosses at a Crossbow Crafting Bench. A single Eagle's Cross is made up of 8 Steel Bars and 4 Crossbow Parts.
