Drifter's Last, Free Traders is a town under the influence of Free Traders. It belonged to United Cities until Lady Merin and Slave Mistress Grace were both killed. The city is well defended with skilled gate guards and a police station. Be aware that Free Traders and United Cities share the same legal system.
Since Free Traders rule the place, the Free Traders Trade Culture applies as well as Empire Southwest Trade Culture.
