The Black Dragon Ninjas are a faction of ninjas that engage in a protection rackets, pillaging the outposts that do not pay them. They reside in a tower located in the Border Zone, and are at war with the White Eyebrow Clan. As of the current update they are hostile and will attack if a player approaches the Tower of Ninjas.
The Black Dragon Ninjas are lead by Dimak and Buzan, both of which reside in the tower. The tower also contains maybe 10 Black Dragon Genin.
