Ancient Nutri-Rations are a unique type of Food which almost exclusively spawn at the Old Empire Supply Outposts, "controlled" by the Second Empire.
Despite being Skeleton-dominated, the Second Empire was still capable of producing some of the most nutritious food still available for humans and their subspecies.
A more common equivalent to this item is the Ration Pack.
